子宫肿瘤病理学临床研究

目的：探讨子宫肿瘤患者的冰冻切片的病理学诊断方法的可靠性与局限性。方法：分析我院收入的80例子宫肿瘤病人的完整病理切片资料,比较冰冻切片与石蜡切片病理学诊断的相符合情况、确诊率、未确诊率及误诊率。结果：冰冻切片组与石蜡切片组确诊率、未确诊率及误诊率之间的差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）,冰冻切片组子宫肿瘤确诊率明显高于石蜡切片组。结论：冰冻切片对子宫肿瘤的确诊率高,结果准确,但对于子宫内膜早期肿瘤存在局限性,临床医生要结合患者病史做出合理诊断,以防仅凭冰冻切片结果而误诊。

Uterine tumor pathology examination, frozen sections and paraffin sections

Objective： Uterine cancer patients frozen section and paraffin sections of pathological diagnosis of the limitations and advantages. Methods：Income in our hospital, 80 cases of uterine cancer patients in complete pathological data, compared with paraffin sections frozen section pathology confirmed the diagnosis rate of undiagnosed rate and the misdiagnosis rate. Results： Frozen section diagnosis group and the group rate of paraffin sections,and the misdiagnosis rate of undiagnosed rate was statistically significant difference between（P 〈0.05） ,frozen section diagnosis of uterine tumor group was significantly higher than that of paraffin group. Conclusions：Frozen section diagnosis of tumors of the uterus is high, the result is accurate, but for early endometrial cancer has limitations, clinicians should make a reasonable diagnosis combined with patient history, results of frozen section alone to prevent misdiagnosis.
