甲状腺术后并发症的观察及护理

目的：探讨甲状腺术后并发症发生的原因、处理措施及护理方法.方法：对120例患者进行观察和护理.结果：出现并发症的患者有6例,2例术后出血,1例呼吸困难,2例手足抽搐,1例声嘶.结论：患者术后应给予严密细致的基础护理,并加强并发症的观察和处理,同时注重心理护理及健康教育,能有效的预防和减少术后并发症的发生,促进患者的早日康复.

Results：Appears the complication the patient has 6 examples, after 2 example techniques bleeds, 1 example breath difficulty,2 example hand and feet twitch, 1 example hoarseness. Con- clusion：After the patient technique should give strict careful foundation nursing, and strengthens the complication the observation and processing,simultaneously pays great attention to psychological nursing and the health education,after will be able the effective prevention and the reduced technique the complication occurrence,promotes the patient soon the recovery.
