孕妇体重指数及其变化对头位分娩的影响分析研究

目的：探讨孕妇产前体重指数对对头位分娩结局的影响。方法：选取2005年1月～2010年5月我院住院分娩的1898名孕妇为研究对象，根据体重指数在孕期增长的不同幅度分为3组，分别比较3组的各项数据。结果：孕前超重组及孕期体重指数增加过多组的剖宫产率、巨大儿发生率、产程过长的发生率均大于正常组，孕前超重组的新生儿窒息率大于正常组。结论：孕前体重指数、孕期体重指数的增幅对头位分娩结局有影响。

Pregnant woman body weight index and changes the enemy position childbirth influence analysis research

Objective：Discusses the pregnant woman pre--natal body weight index to the enemy position childbirth result influ- ence. Methods：Selects 200 5 years in January -- May,2010 my courtyard in hospital childbirth 18 98 pregnant women is the object of study,the different scope which grows in the gestation period divides into 3 groups according to the body weight index, separately compares 3 groups of each data. Results：Front is pregnant the ultra reorganization and the gestation period body weight index increa- ses many groups to split the palace production rate,the huge t＇ormation rate,the course of childbirth excessively long formation rate is bigger than the normal group front,is pregnant the ultra reorganization newborn to suffocate rate is bigger than the normal group. Conclusion： Is pregnant the precursor heavy index, the gestation period body weight index increased range enemy position childbirth result influential.
