66例泪小管断裂吻合术的护理体会

目的：探讨显微镜下外伤性泪小管断裂吻合术的护理.方法：对66例（74眼）因外伤致泪小管断裂施行泪小管吻合术的患者进行术前、术后的观察与护理.术前护理主要了解病史,评估伤情严重程度,清理眼周创面,做好术前的准备,配合完成手术.术后监测生命体征,做好心理护理,减轻焦虑心理.做好导管护理,防止扭曲、折叠、脱落.防治眼部感染,观察有无泪小管吻合的并发症.并做好出院指导,介绍及时复诊的重要性.结果：74眼中有65眼术后泪道冲洗通畅,无溢泪现象,占87.83%;7眼术后泪道冲洗通畅但仍有溢泪,占9.46%;失败2例,因出院后导管脱出但未及时复诊,占2.70%.结论：伤后适当的处理、及早手术吻合泪小管、预防感染和做好术前、术后相应的护理工作,防止泪小管内插入导管脱落是保证手术成功的有效措施.
