应用中心静脉导管治疗结核性胸膜炎的临床护理

目的：探讨心理干预对老年高血压病病人降压效果的影响.方法：选择116例老年高血压病病人,随机分成观察组和对照组,两组采用相同的药物控制,同时观察组给予心理干预护理,对照组给予常规护理,疗程一个月,对比观察降压效果.结果：经心理干预后,观察组的降压效果明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义 （P〈0.05）.结论：护士执行心理干预对控制老年人的高血压有较大作用.

Methods：Chooses 116 example old age hypertension sickness patient, divides into the observation group and the con： trol group stochastically, two groups use the same medicine control, simultaneously the observation group gives psychological intervention nursing, the control group gives conventional nursing, a treatment course month,the contrast observation voltage dropping resistor effect. Results： After the psychological intervention, observation group＇s voltage dropping resistor effect surpasses the control group obviously, two group of comparison differences have statistics significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The nurse carries out the psychology to intervene to controls senior citizen＇s hypertension to have the major function.
