| 摘 要： | 先天性心脏病（CHD）是胎儿期心脏及大血管发育异常而致的先天畸形，是小儿最常见的心脏病，其发病率高达4．05—12．3％（其中未包括出生前即死亡的胎儿），我国每年出生10-15万患有先天性心脏病患儿，发生率占活产婴儿的0．7-0．8％，严重和复杂的先天性心脏病不经治疗30％在生后1周死亡。25％死于1个月内。

| Abstract: | Congenital heart disease （CHD） is the congenital malformation which the fetal stage heart and the trunk growth ex- ceptionally sends,is the young child most common heart disease,its disease incidence rate reaches as high as 4. 05--12.3 % （not to include before birth is death embryo）, our country is born 10 -- 150,000 to contract the congenital heart sickness every year, the formation rate occupies 1;ve birth baby＇s 0.7--0.8% ,serious and the complex congenital heart disease after does not treat 30% to live the latter 1 week death. 25 % dies of 1 month. |
