| 摘 要： | 目的：观察早期康复训练对脑梗死后吞咽困难患者吞咽功能恢复的疗效。方法：选择112例脑梗死后吞咽困难患者，随机分为康复组和对照组，康复组采用特定的康复治疗，对照组采用一般常规治疗。结果：28天后两组患者吞咽障碍评分比较显示，康复治疗组总有效率为89．2％，对照组总有效率为60．6％，其差异有统计学（P〈0．05）。结论：对脑梗死吞咽困难患者予以早期康复治疗，可促进吞咽功能的重建与恢复。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of early rehabilitation intervention of patients with dysphagia after cerebral infarction. Methods： 112 patients with dysphagia after cerebral infarction were randomly divided into 2 groups：early rehabilitation intervention group（n = 56）and control group（n = 56） ;Patients in early rehabilitation intervention group were given specified rehabilitation treatment, Patients in control group were given conventional therapy. Results： After 28 days, adysphagia score of both groups show：the total effective rat of early rehabilitation group is 89.2%, the control group is 60. 6% ,the statistical difference of the 2 groups is signlfieant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Early rehabilitation intervention promotes swallowing function recovery of patients with dysphagia after cerebral infarction. |
