儿童下呼吸道感染常见病原菌分布及耐药性变迁

目的：用Brunstrom治疗技术配合TENS治疗脑梗死，并进行肢体疗效观察。方法：选取2007年1月至2010年1月我院康复科收住的60例脑梗死患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，两组患者的药物治疗和康复方案基本相同，惟治疗组加用TENS治疗，观察患者偏瘫侧肢体功能活动度和日常生活能力（ADL）的变化，采用Brunstrom六级法定期评定患者治疗前后运动功能并进行比较。结果：治疗组和对照组疗效有明显差异，且疗效差异以治疗后一月时为显。结论：脑梗死后早期配合TENS治疗可提高软瘫肌的肌张力，降低痉挛肌的肌张力，使患者达到最大限度的康复，减少残疾。

Conclusion：After the brain stem dies the early time to coordinate the TENS treatment to be possible to enhance the weak myo-- myo-- tensity, reduces the convulsion myo-- myo-- tensity,enables the patient to achieve the maximum limit recovery,reduces the disability.
