大学生健康体检脂肪肝临床资料分析

目的：分析大学生脂肪肝的患病率、发展趋势.并实施健康教育,提高该人群的健康预防意识.方法：回顾性分析近5年来我校新生体检人群2260人,通过询问病史、生活史及既往史,进行体重指数、身高、血压、肝功能、血脂、肝脏B超等检查,对检查结果进行分析.结果：我校学生脂肪肝患病率呈逐年上升趋势,饮酒、肥胖、高甘油三酯血症、高胆固醇血症、高血压均为脂肪肝的相关因素.结论：大学生中脂肪肝患病率与饮酒、肥胖、血脂代谢异常、高血压有关.改变不良生活习惯,合理膳食、戒烟限酒、积极的运动、控制体重及健康教育可以降低脂肪肝的发病率.

Objecitve：Analyzes university student fatty liver the prevalence rate, the trend of development. And implements the health education,enhances this crowd health prevention consciousness. Methods：The review analysis near for 5 year my school neworn physical examination crowd 2260 people＇ through the inquiry medical history, the life history and the history, carry on the body weight index, the height, the blood pressure, the liver function, the blood fats, the liver B high grade inspection formerly, carries on the analysis to the inspection result. Results：My school student fatty liver prevalence rate assumes year by year the trend of escalation, drinks wine,obese,the high triglyceride blood sickness,Gao Dangu the alcoholemia, hypertension for the fatty liver correlation factor. Conclusion：In the university student the fatty liver prevalence rate with drinks wine,obese,blood fats metabolism exceptionally, hypertension related. The change not good habits and customs, the reasonable meals, the no-smoking limit the liquor, the posi- tive movement,the control body weight and the health education may reduce the fatty liver the disease incidence rate.
