口服降糖药的临床调查分析

目的：评估我院口服降糖药的应用状况情况,为临床提供合理用药.方法：采用药物限定日剂量（DDD值）分析方法,统计我院2008～2010年口服降糖药的用药频度（DDDs）、销售金额、每日药费（DDC）等数据.结果：二甲双胍、阿卡波糖、瑞格列奈、除罗格列酮钠片的DDDs2010年停止销售,销售金额亦呈增长趋势,DDDs排名前3位的是二甲双胍、瑞格列奈、阿卡波糖;销售金额排名前3位的是二甲双胍、瑞格列奈、阿卡波糖.销售金额序号与DDDs序号比值在0.5～2.2之间.结论：二甲双胍、瑞格列奈、阿卡波糖在我院口服降糖药使用中占主导地位,尤其新品种在我院得应用较少,我院口服降糖药的使用基本合理.

Sales amount serial number and DDDs serial number ratio between 0.5-2.2. Conclusion：Two armor biguanides,Swiss Geleg napier,the Aka wave sugar falls in the sugar medicine use in my courtyard oral administration to occupy the dominant position,the especially new variety results in the application in my courtyard to be few,my courtyard oral administration falls the sugar medicine basically the use reasonable.
