显微镜下手术治疗白内障的临床研究和护理体会

目的：探索在基层医院进行白内障手术的治疗方法和模式;方法：回顾分析353例手术技巧、术后并发症和术后视力恢复情况;结果：应用显微镜手术的患者,角膜水肿消退时间平均为5天,术后1个月复查视力,脱盲率98．87％、脱残率72．67％,术后3个月复查,脱残率达78．25％;结论：在基层医院,使用显微镜手术治疗白内障是一种行之有效、简便可靠的治疗方法。
