胫腓骨开放性骨折的一期复位外固定

目的：探讨用一期复位外固定法治疗胫腓骨开放性骨折并分析其疗效。方法：对2006年9月～2009年11月我院接收并治疗的63例胫腓骨开放性骨折患者，均实行一期复位外固定治疗，观察记录患者骨折均获愈合情况和平均X线愈合时间，有无坏死和感染等并发症。结果：63例实行一期复位外固定治疗的胫腓骨开放性骨折患者术后骨折均愈合，X线愈合时间较短为17．1周，无坏死和感染等并发症发生。结论：一期复位外固定治疗胫腓骨开放性骨折疗效确切，愈合情况好，副作用小，值得在临床进行推广运用。
