酚妥拉明加多巴胺治疗婴幼儿重症肺炎并发心衰的疗效观察

目的：观察酚妥拉明加多巴胺治疗婴幼儿重症肺炎并发心衰的疗效。方法：将100例婴幼儿重症肺炎并发心袁的患儿随机分为两组。对照组按常规综合治疗，治疗组给酚妥拉明和多巴胺各0．3～0．5mg／（kg．次），溶于10％葡萄糖30～50ml静滴，每分钟5～8滴，根据病情6～8小时可重复1次。观察治疗后的临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率96％，对照组总有效率68％。结论：酚妥拉明加多巴胺治疗婴幼儿重症肺炎并发心衰的疗效优于对照组，值得临床推广使用。

Objective： The observation phentolamine adds the multi--Pakistan amine to treat the curative effect which babies and infants critically ill pneumonia and makes a vow fades. Methods：And makes a vow the trouble 100 example babies and infants criti- cally ill pneumonia which fades to divide into two groups stochastically. The control group according to the conventional complex therapy, the treatment group for the phentolamine and multi--Pakistan amine each 0.3 ~0.5mg/（the kg. time）, dissolves in 10 % glucose 30~50ml static drop,each minute 5~8 drops, may duplicate 1 time according to the condition 6~8 hours. After observation treatment clinical curative effect. Results： Treatment group total effectiveness 96%, control group total effectiveness 68%. Conclu- sion：The phentolamine adds the multi--Pakistan amine to treat the curative effect which babies and infants critically ill pneumonia and makes a vow fades to surpass the control group,is worth the clinical promoted use.
