| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨西医治疗为主,辅以中医结合治疗慢性心功能不全的疗效.方法：将住院的慢性心功能不全患者300例,随机分为单纯西药治疗组150例和中西医结合治疗组150 例,两组疗效进行对比.结果：心衰症状改善以及心功能提高等方面,中西医结合治疗组明显好于西医治疗组.结论：中西医结合治疗慢性心功能不全,能更好地达到改善心衰的效果

| Abstract: | Objective： Discusses the doctor practicing western medicine to treat primarily, auxiliary by Chinese medicine union treatment chronic heart function not entire curative effect. Methods：Will be hospitalized the chronic heart function not entire patient 300 examples, stochastically divide into the pure western medicine treatment group 150 examples and the cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine treatment group 150 examples, two groups of curative effects carry on the contrast. Results.. The heart fades as- pects and so on symptom improvement as well as heart function enhancement, the cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine treatment group obvious good treats the group in the doctor practicing western medicine. Conclusion： Cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine treatment chronic heart function not entire,can achieve well changes effect which the benevolence fades. |
