B超监测子宫输卵管通液术123例临床观察

目的：探讨B超监测下输卵管通液术在不孕症中的临床价值。方法：对123例不孕症妇女采用输卵管通液术，术中进行B超检查，与碘油造影对比，评价输卵管通液的临床价值。结果：123例中28例通畅，57例通而不畅，38例不通畅。结论：B超监视下输卵管通液术，术中推注液体的阻力、患者的疼痛感觉、宫旁液流情况、后穹窿积液量是有价值的判断指标，此方法结果准确性较高、安全、易行、痛苦小、无辐射危害，临床应用值得推广。
