| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨尺骨鹰嘴骨折的手术方法.方法：对尺骨鹰嘴骨折36例进行分析,采用Broberg和Morrey评分标准,评定临床手术效果.结果：随访36例,优28例,良7例,可1例,优良率为97.22%.结论：合理使用内固定物治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折,有利于患者早期行肘关节功能锻炼,在临床上可取得满意效果.

| Abstract: | Objective： Discussion ulna hawk mouth bone fracture surgery method. Methods： Carries on the analysis to the ulna hawk mouth bone fracture 36 examples, uses Broberg and the Morrey grading standard, the evaluation clinical surgery effect. Resuits： Makes a follow- up visit 36 examples, superior 28 examples, good 7 examples, but 1 example, fine rate is 97.22 %. Conclusion： In the reasonable use the fixture treatment ulna hawk mouth bone fracture, is advantageous to the patient early time good elbow joint function exercise,in on clinical may obtain the satisfactory effect. |
