| 摘 要： | 支架成形治疗晚期食管癌近几年国内广泛开展,但患者生存时间短及再狭窄率较高,单纯改善了患者的生活质量,而对于晚期食管癌并无根本的治疗作用.对于失去手术机会的晚期食管癌,支架成形术后结合动脉灌注化疗和局部放疗,能有效的控制肿瘤生长,达到延长患者生存时间的目的.

| Abstract: | Stent treatment of advanced esophageal cancer in recent years,domestic extensively, but the short survival time of patients and restenosis rate was higher simply to improve the quality of life of patients,hut not essential for the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer effect. Lost opportunities for advanced esophageal cancer surgery, angioplasty with stent arterial chemotherapy and radiotherapy can effectively control tumor growth,to prolong the survival time of the goal. |
