硝苯地平控释片联合卡托普利治疗原发性高血压30例疗效观察

目的：观察硝苯地平控释片联合卡托普利治疗原发性高血压的疗效.方法：选择30例符合标准的患者予口服硝苯地平控释片和卡托普利治疗4周后评价疗效.结果：治疗后的平均血压较治疗前明显下降,有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,总有效率90%,不良反应中咳嗽占13.3%、下肢踝部水肿占3.3%,表明硝苯地平控释片联合卡托普利治疗轻、中度原发性高血压疗效满意,不良反应轻.
