矿物蜡泥混合疗法治疗骶髂关节致密性骨炎的临床观察

骶髂关节致密性骨炎是一种以骨质硬化为特点的非特异性炎症,有高度致密的骨硬化现象,尤其以髂骨下2／3更为明显,但关节间隙则无改变。该病是发生于髂骨耳状关节部分的骨质密度增高性疾病。病因迄今不明,可能与妊娠、机械性劳损、病灶性炎症有关。本病好发于20-40岁的育龄妇女,偶见男性。笔者根据多年临床经验,运用矿物蜡泥混合疗法治疗该病,疗效确切,现报道如下。
