急性心肌梗死的康复护理指导

目的：探讨急性心肌梗死病人实施康复护理指导对病情的影响.方法：46例急性心肌梗死病人随机分为对照组和观察组,每组23例,对照组采用传统护理方式,观察组对患者进行康复护理指导.观察并比较两组病人在康复过程中心绞痛发作例数、发作次数及卧床天数.结果：观察组心肌梗死病人心绞痛发作次数明显减少,卧床天数明显缩短,无并发症.结论：急性心肌梗死病人康复指导效果明显.
