视-听整合持续性注意测试对ADHD临床诊断的应用研究

目的：探讨腹腔镜治疗子宫内膜异住症后的受孕情况。方法：回顾性分析2007年1月-2008年12月在我院住院行手术治疗子宫内膜异位症病例共82例，其中腹腔镜手术组55例，传统开腹组27例，随访术后两组受孕情况。结果：82例子宫内膜异位症者，排除干扰因素后腹腔镜手术组妊娠率为40％（22／55），传统开腹组妊娠率为26％（7／27），腹腔镜手术组妊娠率高于剖腹手术组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：腹腔镜手术可提高子宫内膜异位症患者的妊娠率，在腹腔镜下清除腹腔液及进行盆腔异位内膜病灶消融术，能较完全的破坏盆腔异位内膜病灶，对各期特别是I、Ⅱ期的内异症患者生育力的恢复，有重要的作用。

Laparoscopic endometriosis clinical study of fertility rates

Objective：To evaluate the pregnancy rate of laparoscopy on the treatment of pelvic endometriosis. Methods： 82 cases with endometriosis in nanhai hospital between 2007 Jan to 2008 Dec,including 55 cases of laparoscopy, another 27case of oper surgery. was analyzed, two teams of patients＇ pregnancy rate was followed up after operation. Results：Pregnancy rate with laparoscopy was 40percent and Pregnancy rate with oper surgery was 26percent,in the 82 cases with endometriosis, regnancy rate with laparoscopy is higher than oper surger, difference have. Conclusion：Laparoscopy can raised the pregnancy rate with oersom of endometriosis.
