急性梗阻性化脓性胆管炎的有效护理

目的：分析56例急性梗阻性化脓性胆管炎患者,总结该疾病护理要点及经验,改善患者的预后.方法：收集2005年1 月至2009 年12月本院就诊的56例急性化脓性重症型胆管炎,分析就诊时的诊断及对患者预后的影响.结果：56例急性梗阻性化脓性胆管炎中,52例第一诊断为急性梗阻性化脓性胆管炎,另4例患者（老年患者）就诊为急性胆囊炎.由于诊断未及时,耽误治疗,病情快速发展到急性重症型化脓性胆管炎,最后4例患者行手术治疗后,2例死亡,2例存活.结论：急性梗阻性化脓性胆管炎患者要密切观察病情变化,仔细护理,明确诊断,才能改善患者的预后.

Because diagnosis not prompt, delays the treatment, the condition fast develops the acute critically ill suppurative cholangitis, after fi- nally 4 example patient good surgery treats, 2 example deaths, 2 example survivals. Contusion：The acute obstruction suppurative cholangitis patient must observe the condition change closely,careful nursing,is clear about the diagnosis, can improve patient＇s prognosis.
