心理护理干预对老年慢性肺源性心脏病患者的影响

目的：探讨针刺综合康复疗法对脑卒中后认知功能障碍预后的影响.方法：本研究为随机对照研究,均为我院神经内科门诊及住院的56例脑卒中患者,随机分为康复组和对照组,康复组以针灸综合康复疗法进行规范化康复治疗;对照组未给予规范化的康复治疗,但两组内科常规治疗相同.分别于入组时和两个月后采用神经行为认知状况评估量表（NCSE）评估患者的认知功能.结果：两个月后康复组在语言表达、解决问题和交流等方面均优于对照组,比较差异有显著意义.结论：针刺综合康复疗法对脑卒中患者的认知功能改善有一定促进作用.

Distinguishes when Yu Ruzu and two months use the nerve behavior cognition condition toappraise meter （NCSE） appraises patient＇s cognition function. Results： After two months are restored to health the＇ group in the language expression, solve aspects and so on question and exchange surpass the control group, have the remarkable significance compared with the difference. Conclusion： The acupuncture synthesis recovery therapy has certain promoter action to the apoplexy patient＇s cognition function improvement.
