扬刺法针刺配合燃酒疗法治疗肱骨外上髁炎32例

目的：观察扬刺法针刺配合燃酒疗法治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效。方法：32例肱骨外上髁炎患者，以曲池穴为中心进行扬刺，配合局部燃酒疗法，连续治疗4疗程后观察疗效。结果：32例患者治愈显效率90．6％，总有效率100％。结论：扬刺法针刺配合燃酒疗法治疗肱骨外上髁炎效果肯定，值得临床进一步应用。

Centro--square needling in coordination with alcohol burning method on 32 cases of lateral epicondylitis

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of centro--square needling in coordination with alcohol burning method on lateral epieondylitis. Methods：Thirty--two cases of lateral epicondylitis were treated by centro--square needling at Quchi followed by alcohol burning method in lesion location. The therapeutic effect was observed after four periods of treatment. Results： The cure and evident improvement rate was 90.6%. The total effective rate was100%. Conclusion：The therapy of centro--square needling in coordination with alcohol burning method on lateral epicondylitis is manifested effectively.
