健康中老年人桡尺骨骨量变化的研究

应用单光子骨密度法（ＳＰＡ）测定了７９６例健康中老年人桡尺骨平均骨密度（ＢＭＤ，ｇ／ｃｍ２），测定部位选非优势侧桡尺骨中远１／３交界处，计算桡尺骨平均ＢＭＤ，并与我室所测定的３１～４０岁健康成人骨峰值比较。结果表明，男女两性ＢＭＣ、ＢＭＤ均随年龄增长呈下降趋势。男性各组ＢＭＤ均高于女性各对应组，且下降速率较女性缓慢。与骨峰值ＢＭＤ比，男性６０岁以前下降０．３００～１．１１４ｓ；６０岁以后下降逐渐增快，为１．６２９～２．２５７ｓ；６５岁以后ＢＭＤ丢失１８．９％，普遍存在骨质疏松。女性各组ＢＭＤ５０岁以前下降缓慢，为０．３８３～１．１３３ｓ；５０岁以后下降速率增快，为１．３８３～３．６３７ｓ，比男性提早约１０年；６５岁以后骨丢失３１．９％，多数为骨质疏松患者。ＳＰＡ法检测桡尺骨骨矿含量仍具有十分重要的意义。

Ulnoradial bone mass changes in healthy middle-aged and elderly Chinese

We measured the mean bone mineral density(BMD g/cm2)at ulnoradial bone among 796 healthy middle-aged and elderly Chinese residents in Beijing,using single photon absorptiometry(SPA).Our results show that with increasing age,both males' and females' ulnoradial mean BMDs tend to reduction. The males' BMD in all groups is higher than those in relevant female groups and its reduction rate is slower than that in females. In the men,BMD reduction is gradually rapid after 60 years of age and its values are between-1. 629 and - 2. 257 SD. In the women,BMD reduction is rapid after 50 years of age, 10 years ahead of that in men and its values are between-1. 383 and -3. 637. In the subjects older than 65 years, ulnoradial mean BMD losses were 18. 9% for men and 31. 9% for womens respectively. The ulnoradial bone mass measurement using SPA still has great significance.
