| 摘 要： | 目的研究培养八角莲的愈伤组织。方法与结果在MS＋NAA 0.2 mg/L＋6-BA3.0 mg/L的液体培养基中,愈伤组织20 d平均增加重量达53.4 g。添加0.2g/L苯丙氨酸的培养基中,鬼臼毒素的含量可达0.5%。

| Abstract: | Objective To study on callus culture of Dysosma versipellis.Methods Using cultured in the liquid medium of MS NAA 0.2mg/L 6-BA3.0 mg/L.Results Treated with Phenylalanine(0.2 g/L),the augmented weight of callus could reach to 53.5g within 20 days and enhanced the content of podophyllotoxin in callus. |
