| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨一氧化氮（ＮＯ）和肿瘤坏死因子（ＴＮＦ）在急性胰腺炎中的作用。方法采用比色法和平衡法分析对急性水肿型胰腺炎（ＡＥＰ）患者３０例和急性坏死型胰腺炎（ＡＮＰ）患者２０例以及正常人对照组３０例外周血进行ＮＯ和ＴＮＦ水平检测。结果ＡＥＰ和ＡＮＰ组患者ＮＯ和ＴＮＦ水平显著高于对照组（Ｐ〈０．０５）；ＡＮＰ组ＮＯ和ＴＮＦ水平显著高于ＡＥＰ组。结论ＮＯ和ＴＮＦ在急性胰腺炎的发生、发展中起重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between nitric oxide(NO),tumor necrosis factor(TNF) and acute pancreatitis. Methods The serum level of NO and TNF was measured in 30 patients with acute edematous pancreatitis (AEP) and 20 cases with acute necrosis pancreatitis (ANP). Results The serum level of NO and TNF in both AEP and ANP groups was significantly higher than the normal control group( P <0 05). Significant increase was noted in serum NO and TNF in ANP guoup than the AEP group( P <0 05).Conclusion The NO and TNF play imoprtant role in the induction of acute pancreatitis. |
