临床微循环指标在TOF矫治术中的应用

目的 :研究临床微循环指标在小儿体外循环心内直视手术中的应用及意义。方法 :应用临床微循环指标 :平均动脉压 (MAP)、中心静脉压 (CVP)眼球结膜微循环、皮肤和心脏的颜色、尿量等 ,观察 3 0例法乐氏四联症 (TOF)体外循环心脏直视手术中的变化 ,监测手术进程。结果 :借助临床微循环各项指标 ,成功地完成了体外循环下法乐氏四联症手术 ,3 0例全部成活。结论 :临床微循环指标的监测 ,可以为复杂的先心病体外循环手术提供客观依据

Application of Clinical Microcirculatory Indexes during Infant Open Heart Surgery

Objective: To study the meaning and application of clinical microcirculatory index during the operation of cadiopuemonary bypass in infants of children.Method: Clinical microcirculatory index such as mean arterial blood pressure(MAP),central venous pressure(CVP),bulb conjuntive microcircutation(BCM),the colore of skin and the heart and the volume of urine etc,were observed in 30 cases with Tetralogy of Fallot(TOF), during the operation of rectifiction for to guid the perform of Cardiopulmonary Bypass(CPB).Results: It was success with the help of the clinical microcirculatory index guided the operation of perform which to rectify the TOF in CPB.Conclusion: The clinical microcirculatory indexes may be provide a reliable way for complex congenital heart disease in operation of CPB.
