森田疗法治疗强迫性神经症疗效及出院后随访研究

目的：探讨森田疗法在在强迫症治疗中的作用及长期疗效。方法：药物合并森田治疗组３１例，单一用药组３３例，于入组时、治疗６周后、半年后及一年后，分别用ＹＡＬＥ－ＧＲＯＷＮ强迫评定量表、ＨＡＭＡ量表评定病人，并于出院一年后用ＳＤＳＳＪ一表评定病人。结果：合并森田 治疗组治疗６周后至出院一年后强迫思维症状评分显著低于单一用药组，治疗半年后合并森田治疗组焦虑症产太评分较低，出院一年后合并森田治疗组ＳＤＳＳ总

Morita Therapy in the Treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder: Efficacy and Follow-up

Objective:to investigate the efficacy and long-term outcome of Morita therapy in the treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder Method:sixty-four obsessive patients were randomly assigned to group A(31 cases,treated with combination of Morita therapy and pharmacological therapy)and group B(33 cases,treated with pharmacological therapy alone) All of them were evaluated with Yale-Brown Obsessive)Compulsive Scale and Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale before treatment and at the end of sixth weeks,sixth months and after one year during treatment They were also evaluated with Social Disability Screening Schedule one year after discharge Patients in group A were treated by Morita therapy in outpatient department once a month after discharge Result:The scores of obsessive thought in group A were significantly lower than those in group B after six weeks treatment The scores of anxiety symptoms in group A were lower after six months treatment One year after discharge the total scores of SDSS and the factorial scores of occupational function in group A are lower than group B Conclusion:Morita therapy is efficient for treating OCD It can not only alleviate patients' obsessive symptoms but also relieve their anxiety symptoms In addition,Morita therapy can improve patients' social functions and living quality
