醒脑静联合纳洛酮治疗佐匹克隆中毒的临床研究

目的探讨醒脑静注射液联合纳洛酮在佐匹克隆中毒治疗中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的53例佐匹克隆中毒患者随机分为3组,均常规给予洗胃、补液、利尿、纠正水电解质紊乱等治疗。其中纳洛酮组(18例)加用纳洛酮治疗;醒脑静组(18例)加用醒脑静注射液治疗;联合治疗组(17例)同时加用醒脑静、纳洛酮治疗。记录并比较各组患者意识、瞳孔、脉搏、呼吸频率等指标变化。结果联合治疗组轻中重度患者神志恢复时间分别为(137±37)min,(366±64)min,(526±109)min,纳洛酮组分别为(139±42)min,(395±95)min,(652±126)min,醒脑静组分别为(144±55)min,(381±78)min,(708±144)min,联合治疗组中度及重度患者神志恢复时间显著短于纳洛酮组和醒脑静组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);分别与纳洛酮治疗组、醒脑静治疗组比较,联合治疗组就诊时与清醒后的呼吸、血压、心率等临床指标改善更为明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论醒脑静注射液与纳洛酮联合应用治疗佐匹克隆中毒起效快、疗效确定,临床应用安全可靠。

Clinical studies of xingnaojing combined with naloxone treatment for zopiclone poisoning

Objective To discuss the treatment effect of using xingnaojing injection combined with naloxone injection to treat zopiclone poisoning. Methods 53 cases of zopiclone poisoned patients admitted to our hospital were divided into three groups randomly. All the patients accepted conventional treatment including gastric lavage,fluid infusion,diuresis,correcting fluid and electrolyte imbalance etc. The naloxone treatment group（18 cases） treated with naloxone in addition;xingnaojing treatment group（18 cases） treated with xingnaojing injection in addition;Combined treatment group（ 17 cases） treated with naloxone and xingnaojing injection in addition. The consciousness,pupil,pulse,breathing rate of the three groups were compared. Results The consciousness recovery time of the mild poisoning,moderate poisoning and severe poisoning of combined treatment group were（137 ± 37）min,（366 ± 64）min,（526± 109）min,obviously shorter than those of the naloxone treatment group,which were（139 ± 42）min,（395 ± 95）min,（652 ±126）min and xingnaojing treatment group were（144 ± 55）min,（381 ± 78）min,（708 ± 144）min,the consciousness recovery time of the moderate poisoning and severe poisoning of combined treatment group were obviously shorter than those of the naloxone treatment group and xingnaojing treatment group（ P ＆lt; 0. 05）. The consciousness,breathing,blood pressure and heart rate of the combined treatment group were improved more obviously than those of the naloxone treatment group and xingnaojing treatment group（ P ＆lt; 0. 05）. Conclusion Xingnaojing injection combined with naloxone injection treatment for zopiclone poisoning works quickly,curative effect can be expected and the clinical application is safe and reliable.
