射频消融术联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗肝癌的疗效观察

摘    要:目的 观察射频消融术(RFA)联合还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)治疗肝癌的临床效果.方法 将98例肝癌患者随机分为2组,A组48例实施RFA治疗,B组50例在A组治疗基础上加用GSH,比较两组治疗前后血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)及总胆红素(TBil)变化.结果 两组完全损毁率及CEA水平比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);B组治疗总有效率高于A组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);B组ALT、AST及TBil水平均显著低于A组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01).结论 RFA联合GSH治疗肝癌可促进病灶清除,改善肝功能.

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of RFA combined with GSH in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods 98 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups, group A ( n = 48 ) was treated with RFA, group B ( n = 50 ) was treated with GSH based on the treatment of group A. The serum CEA, ALT, AST and TBil changes were compared before and after treatment. Results The completely destroyed rate and CEA levels of the two groups showed no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ) ; the total effective rate of group B was higher than those of group A, there were significant differences between the two groups ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; ALT, AST and TBil of group B were significantly lower than those of group A, there were significant differences between the two groups ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion RFA combined with GSH in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma can promote debridement and improve liver function.
