摘    要:目的 探讨血必净注射液对严重脓毒症患者免疫功能的影响.方法 选择我院EICU严重脓毒症患者60例,随机分为常规治疗组和血必净组,每组30例,常规治疗组给予常规治疗,血必净治疗组在常规冶疗的基础上给予血必净注射液.观察两组患者治疗前和冶疗后第7天T淋巴细胞亚群包括CD3+、CD4+、CD4/CD8比值和免疫球蛋白的变化.结果 治疗7 d后,两组患者免疫指标均有不同程度的恢复(P〈0.05),与常规治疗组相比,血必净组CD3+、CD4+、CD4/CD8比值和IgG、IgA、IgM显著增加(P〈0.05或P〈0.01).结论 血必净能有效恢复严重脓毒症患者免疫稳态,阻止病情恶化,从而改善预后.

Abstract:Objective To assess the effects of Xuebijing injection treatment on immunologic function in pa- tients with severe sepsis. Methods A total of 60 severe sepsis patients were randomly divided into 2 groups : one group accepted routine medical therapy, including nutrition support, anti-infection, et al. the other group accepted routine medical therapy and Xuebijing injection treatment, Xuebijing injection 50 mL plus NS 100 mL, two times a day, intra- venously, lasting for a week. Peripheral T-lymphocyte subpopulations and immunoglobulin IgG, IgA, IgM were meas- ured before and after 7 days therapy in each patiem. Results Peripheral T-lymphocyte subpopulations and immuno- globulin IgG, IgA , IgM changed after 7 days therapy in 2 groups ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Compared with the routine medical therapy group, CD3 + , CD4 + , CD4/CD8 and IgG, IgA, lgM were higher in the Xuebijing injection group after 7 days therapy ( P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Xuebijing injection treatment combined with routine medical thera- py may improve immune function in severe sepsis patients.
