阿立哌唑联合氟伏沙明治疗儿童强迫症的效果

目的 探讨阿立哌唑联合氟伏沙明治疗强迫症的效果和安全性。方法 将57例儿童强迫症病儿随机分为两组：对照组30例,应用氟伏沙明200～300 mg/d单药治疗;观察组27例,应用氟伏沙明200～300 mg/d联合阿立哌唑10～15 mg/d治疗。均治疗8周。分别于治疗前和治疗后用耶鲁-布朗强迫症量表（Y-BOCS）、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HA MA）和副反应量表（TESS）评定其疗效和不良反应。结果 治疗前两组间Y-BOCS、HAMA评分差异无显著性（P〉0.05）。治疗后观察组Y-BOCS和HA MA评分均低于对照组,差异有显著性（t=2.433、2.318,P〈0.05）。两组T ESS评分比较差异无显著性（P〉0.05）。结论 阿立哌唑联合氟伏沙明用于儿童强迫症的治疗有明确的疗效和安全性。

EFFICACY OF ARIPIPRAZOLE COMBINED WITH FLUVOXAMINE IN THE TREATMENT OF CHILDHOOD OBSESSIVE-COMPULSIVE DISORDER

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of aripiprazole combined with fluvoxamine for childhood-ob- sessive compulsive disorder （COCD）. Methods Fifty-seven kids with COCD were randomized to fluvoxamine group （control group, n = 30, fluvoxamine 200-- 300mg/d）, and aripiprazole combined with fluvoxamine group （observation group, n = 27, flu-voxamine 200--300 mg/d, aripiprazole 10--20 rag/d）, treated for 8 weeks. The efficacy and adverse reactions were assessed, be- fore and after medication, using Yale-Brown obsessive-compulsive psychiatrists rating scale （Y-BOCS） and Hamilton anxiety scale （HAMA）. The side effects were assessed using the treatment emergent symptom scale （TESS）. Results Before medication, the differences of score of Y-BOCS and HAMA between the two groups were not significant （P〉0.05）. After treatment, the Y- BOCS and H AMA scores in the observation group were lower than that in the control, the difference being significant （t =2.433, 2.318;P〈0.05）. The difference of TESS was not significant between the two groups. Conclusion Aripiprazole combined with fluvoxamine is effective and safe for patients with COCD.
