地佐辛与芬太尼对子宫肌瘤切除术的镇痛效果及安全性分析

目的对比地佐辛与芬太尼在子宫肌瘤切除术中的镇痛效果及安全性。方法将我院行子宫肌瘤切除术的68例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用芬太尼镇痛,观察组给予地佐辛。对比两组患者术后VAS和Ramsay评分,并记录不良反应发生情况。结果观察组术后1、3、6 h VAS评分显著低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后1、3、6、24 h Ramsay评分明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组恶心、呕吐发生率显著低于对照组(χ2=5.162,P<0.05),其余各不良反应发生率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论地佐辛对子宫肌瘤切除术的镇痛效果优于芬太尼,且胃肠道不良反应率较低,安全有效,值得临床推广应用。

Analysis of intravenous analgesic effect and safety of dezocine and fentanyl on hysteromyomectomy

Objective To compare the analgesic effect and safety of dezocine and fentanyl on hysteromyomectomy. Methods 68 patients underwent myomectomy in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,control group was given fentanyl analgesia,observation group was given dezocine. The postoperative VAS and Ramsay score of the two groups were compared and the occurrence of adverse reactions was recorded. Results The VAS score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group after 1,3,6 h of operation,there was significant difference between the two groups（P ＆lt; 0. 05）;the Ramsay score of observation group was significantly better than that of control group after 1,3,6,24 h of operation,there was significant difference between the two groups（P ＆lt; 0. 05）. The incidence of nausea,vomiting of observation group was significantly lower than those of control group（χ2= 5. 162,P ＆lt; 0. 05）,the incidence of adverse reactions of observation group had no significant difference compared with control group（ P ＆gt; 0. 05）. Conclusion The effect of dezocine on uterine myomectomy analgesic is better than fentanyl,and gastrointestinal adverse reaction rate is low,it is safe and effective,worthy of clinical application.
