口腔炎喷雾剂与康复新口服液治疗口腔溃疡疗效比较

目的 比较口腔炎喷雾剂与康复新口服液治疗口腔溃疡的疗效.方法 将48例口腔溃疡患者随机分为2组,A组23例给予口腔炎喷雾剂治疗,B组25例给予康复新口服液治疗,观察两组溃疡愈合及疼痛消失时间.结果 A组总有效率为91.30%,B组总有效率为96.00%,两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;A组溃疡愈合时间、疼痛缓解时间分别为（4.8±1.2）d、（3.6±0.8）d,B组分别为（3.2±0.6）d、（2.8±0.5）d,B组均短于A组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后B组唾液SIgA水平、IgG水平分别为（64.8±11.4）g/L、（23.6±6.6）g/L,A组分别为（51.9±10.5）g/L、（35.4±7.6）g/L,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 康复新液治疗口腔溃疡效果优于口腔炎喷雾剂,康复新液可增加SIgA水平,调节体液免疫,促进溃疡愈合.

Comparison of the efficacy of stomatitis sprays or rehabilitation in the treatment of oral ulcer

Objective To compare the clinical effect of stomatitis spray or rehabilitation in the treatment of o- ral ulcer. Methods 48 patients with oral ulcer were randomly divided into 2 groups,23 cases in group A were treated with stomatifis sprays, while 25 cases in group B were treated with rehabilitation, the time of ulcer healing and pain re- lief were observed. Results The total effective rate of group A and group B were 91.30% and 96. 00% , there was no significant difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ） ; the time of ulcer healing, pain relief of group B was shorter than those in group A （3.2±0.6）d vs. （4.8±1.2）d,（3.6 ±0.8）d vs. （2.8 ±0.5）d],there were significant differences between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; saliva SIgA level of group B was higher than that in group A （64. 8 ± 11.4）g/L vs. （51.9 ± 10. 5）g/L] ,IgG level was lower than that in group A （35.4±7. 6）g/L vs. （23.6±6.6） g/L ], there was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Rehabilitation in the treatment of oral ulcers is better than stomatitis sprays,it can increase the SIgA level, regulate the humoral immunity, promote ulcer healing.
