温阳止泻散对小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的疗效及心肌酶谱的影响

目的 探讨温阳止泻散治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的疗效以及对其心肌酶谱的影响.方法 抽取我院2011年2月至2013年2月收治的感染轮状病毒并导致肠炎的2个月~3岁小儿120例,随机分为试验组和对照组.对照组患儿给予常规轮状病毒性肠炎西医治疗方法,试验组在对照组的基础上给予一定剂量的温汤止泻散.对比两组患儿的腹泻时间、止泻疗效,测定心肌酶谱.结果 试验组患儿平均腹泻时间为（55±12）h,对照组为（102±15）h,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;试验组止泻疗效明显优于对照组;试验组心肌酶谱的酶含量明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 温阳止泻散治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎疗效好,并能降低心肌酶谱的酶含量,疗效显著,值得推广应用.

Effect of warming yang antidiarrheal on the rotavirus enteritis and myocardial enzymes

Objective To investigate the effect of warming yang antidiarrheal on the rotavirus enteritis and myocardial enzymes. Methods 120 children aged 2 months to 3 years who were infected by rotavirus and caused enteritis from February 2011 to February 2013 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups. Control group received conventional Western medicine treatment of rotavirus enteritis, and experiment group was given a dose of warming yang antidiarrheal on the basis of the treatment of control group. Children＇ s diarrhea, antidiarrheal ef- ficacy and myocardial enzyme values of the two groups were compared. Results The average duration of diarrhea was （55±12） in experiment group and （102±15 ） h in control group, there was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Antidiarrheal efficacy of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group. Myocardial enzymes of the enzyme content of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of con- trol group, there was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Warming yang antidiar- rheal treatment for children with rotavirus enteritis has good therapeutic effect, it can reduce myocardial enzyme con- tent, it is worthy of promotion and application.
