复方氨酚烷胺致中枢神经系统不良反应12例分析

摘    要:目的 探讨复方氨酚烷胺中枢神经系统不良反应的特点,为临床合理用药提供参考.方法 对12例复方氨酚烷胺致中枢神经系统不良反应的临床资料进行分析.结果 中枢神经系统不良反应多与患者超量用药有关,其次与患者高龄、饮酒相关.结论 应重视复方氨酚烷胺的中枢神经系统不良反应,加强对该类药物监管及促进临床合理用药.

Abstract:Objective To explore the characteristics of adverse reactions of compound paracetamol and aman- tadine hydrochloride in the central nervous system, and provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods The clinical data of 12 cases of the adverse reaction of central nervous system induced by compound paracetamol and aman- tadine hydrochloride were analyzed. Results The central nervous system adverse reactions were largely associated with excessive medication, and advanced age, drinking. Conclusion More attention should be paid to the adverse reac- tions of central nervous system in compound paracetamol and amantadine hydrochloride, to strengthen the drug regula- tion and clinical rational drug use.
