松参养心胶囊联合倍他乐克治疗妇女功能性室性早搏的临床研究

目的观察松参养心胶囊联合倍他乐克治疗妇女功能性室性早搏的疗效。方法选择2011年1月至2012年12月我院收治的62例功能性室性早搏患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法随机分为对照组和实验组,分别予以倍他乐克治疗及松参养心胶囊联合倍他乐克治疗,比较两组的疗效、24 h动态心电图早搏次数、Tpe及Tpe离散度的变化情况和不良反应情况。结果实验组总有效率96.77%,对照组总有效率87.10%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.674,P=0.031)。两组治疗后早搏次数均较治疗前明显减少(P<0.01)。实验组治疗后早搏次数明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=15.463,P=0.000)。两组治疗后Tpe及Tpe离散度较治疗前均有不同程度缩短(P<0.01)。实验组治疗后Tpe及Tpe离散度值均明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.167,2.123,P=0.034,0.038)。两组不良反应的发生率比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.218,P=0.641)。结论松参养心胶囊联合倍他乐克治疗妇女功能性室性早搏具有较好的临床疗效,不良反应小,可明显降低Tpe离散度。

Effect of Shensong Yangxin capsule combined with betaloc on women with function ventricular premature beats

Objective To study the efficacy of Shensong Yangxin capsule combined with betaloc on women with function ventricular premature beats. Methods 62 cases of patients with function ventricular premature beats from January 2011 to December 2013 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The two groups were treated with betaloc alone and Shensong Yangxin capsule combined betaloc respectively,then the total efficacy,dynamic ECG premature beats number in 24 h,Tpe and its dispersion changes of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 96. 77%,the control group was 87. 10%,χ2= 4. 674,P = 0. 031. Premature beats number of the two groups reduced significantly after treatment（ P〈0. 01）,of which the experimental group was lower than control group,t = 15. 463,P = 0. 000. Tpe and its dispersion changes of the two groups reduced significantly after treatment（ P 0.01）,of which the experimental group was lower than control group,t =2.167,2.123,P =0.034,0.038. The adverse reaction incidence of the two groups showed no significant difference,χ2= 0. 218,P = 0. 641. Conclusion For the treatment of function ventricular premature beats of women,Shensong Yangxin capsule combined with betaloc not only has good curative effect,but also has fewer adverse reactions,reduce dispersion changes of Tpe significantly and has possitive effect on the prognosis.
