扶正化瘀胶囊对慢性乙肝患者肝组织病理及血清标志物的影响

目的 探讨扶正化瘀胶囊对慢性乙肝患者肝组织病理及血清标志物的影响.方法 将我院收治的82例慢性乙肝患者按照分层随机分组法分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予阿德福韦酯,观察组给予阿德福韦酯＋扶正化瘀胶囊,观察两组HBV-DNA转阴率、ALT复常率、e抗原转阴率、血清转换率、肝组织病理炎症活动度分级及纤维化分期.结果 观察组HBV-DNA转阴率、ALT复常率、e抗原转阴率及血清转换率显著优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组肝组织炎症活动度分级及纤维化程度分期情况显著优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 扶正化瘀胶囊能显著抑制HBV-DNA复制,促使ALT水平转归正常,在减轻肝组织炎症坏死和逆转肝纤维化方面有显著的临床疗效.

Impact of Fuzheng Huayu capsules on liver histology and serum markers in patients with chronic hepatitis B

Objective To explore the impact of Fuzheng Huayu capsules on liver histology and serum markers in patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods According to a stratified randomization method,82 cases of patients with chronic hepatitis B in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group, control group was given ade- fovir dipivoxil, observation group was given adefovir dipivoxil ＋ Fuzheng Huayu capsules. The negative rate of HBV- DNA, ALT normalization rate, HBeAg conversion rate, seroconversion rates, the degree of liver inflammation grading and the stage of liver fibrosis of the two groups were observed. Results The negative rate of HBV-DNA, ALT normal- ization rate, HBeAg conversion rate and seroconversion rates in observation group were significantly better than those in control group, there were significant differences between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the degree of liver inflammation grading and the stage of liver fibrosis in observation group were significant better than those in control group, there was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Fuzheng Huayu capsule can significantly in- hibit the replication of HBV-DNA and promote decline of ALT,it can significantly reduce the inflammation and reverse the fibrosis.
