氯雷他定对喘息性支气管炎患儿体液免疫的影响

目的探讨氯雷他定治疗儿童喘息性支气管炎的临床疗效及对体液免疫的影响。方法将本院诊治的112例喘息性支气管炎患儿随机分为对照组与观察组,两组均给予常规治疗,观察组同时接受氯雷他定5 mg/d,口服,疗程2周。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后体液免疫及T细胞亚群的变化。结果两组治疗后临床症状明显改善;观察组的临床疗效及免疫指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论喘息性支气管炎患儿机体存在体液免疫低下和T细胞亚群紊乱,氯雷他定可提高机体免疫功能,有利于改善临床症状及减少复发。

Effect of loratadine on humoral immunity of children with asthmatic bronchitis

Objective To explore the effect of loratadine on humoral immunity of children with asthmatic bronchitis. Methods 112 children with asthmatic bronchitis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.All the subjects received routine treatment. Treatment group was given oral loratadine 5 mg /d for 2 weeks. The clinical effects and humoral immunity and T lymphocyte subsets before and after treatment between the two groups were compared.Results The clinical symptoms of the two groups obviously improved after treatment. The efficacy and immunology indicators of treatment group was obviously superior to those of control group after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Children with asthmatic bronchitis has depression of humoral immunity and disorder of T lymphocyte subsets. Loratadine can improve the humoral immunity and it is benefit for improving clinlcal symptom.
