来曲唑与紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗转移性乳腺癌的疗效观察

目的 观察来曲唑与紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗转移性乳腺癌的疗效及不良反应.方法 我院62例转移性乳腺癌患者随机分成2组.观察组31例,采用来曲唑与紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗;对照组31例,以紫杉醇化疗为主,加来曲唑进行内分泌治疗.观察两组患者预后及不良反应发生情况.结果 采用来曲唑与紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗组患者缓解率及生存率明显高于对照组,且不良反应较少,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 来曲唑与紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗转移性乳腺癌效果显著,不良反应较少.

Letrozole and paclitaxel plus cisplatin treatment for metastatic breast cancer

Objective To observe the effects and adverse reactions of letrozole, paclitaxel combined with cis- platin in the treatment of metastatic breast cancer. Methods 62 patients with metastatic breast cancer were randomly divided into two groups. 31 patients in observation group were treated with letrozole and paclitaxel combined with cispl- atin. The other patients were treated with letrozole and paclitaxel as the control group. The therapentic effect and the ad- verse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results The observation group treated with letrozole and paclitaxel combined with cisplatin had more response rate and survival rate than those of control group, with less adverse reac- tions, there were significant differences between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Metastatic breast cancer trea- ted with letrozole and paclitaxel combined with cisplatin has better effect and less adverse reactions.
