310份药品说明书中儿童用药情况分析

目的统计我院310份药品说明书中儿童用药的标注情况,促进儿童临床合理用药。方法对我院常用的310份药品说明书中有关儿童用药的标示情况进行调查分析。结果 310份药品说明书中,准确标注儿童用法用量的79份,占25.5%,儿童禁用的26份,占8.4%,慎用的12份,占3.9%,标注尚未明确的80份,占25.8%,标注酌减或遵医嘱的32份,占10.3%,未列此项的81份,占26.1%。结论药品说明书中有关儿童用药内容的标示仍存在缺陷,需要进一步提高。

Analysis of the instructions for children in 310 medications

Objective To investigate annotation of children medication in 310 drug instructions and promote clinical rational drug use in children.Methods Investigating and analyzing the child medication of 310 drugs commonly used in our hospital.Results Among 310 drug instructions,79 accurate annotation of children usage and dosage,accounting for 25.5%,26 children disabled,accounting for 8.4%,12 careful using,accounting for 3.9%,80 children＇s drugs had not be clear,accounting for 25.8%,32 marked reduction or as directed by physician,accounting for 10.3%,81 not listed in this item,accounting for 26.1%.Conclusion There are still defects on labeling of children drug content in drug instructions.It remains to be improved further.
