蓝科肤宁联合他克莫司软膏治疗急性阴囊潮湿疗效研究

目的 研究蓝科肤宁联合他克莫司软膏治疗急性阴囊潮湿（ASE）的临床疗效及免疫调节作用.方法 将67例ASE患者随机分为2组,对照组33例进行抗组胺治疗,治疗组34例给予蓝科肤宁联合他克莫司软膏治疗,观察两组疗效及TH1/TH2比值变化.结果 治疗组总显效率为91.18%,高于对照组的72.73%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组症状及体征总评分（TSS）为（4.2±1.2）分,低于对照组的（5.8±1.5）分,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组TH1/TH2比值大于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 蓝科肤宁联合他克莫司软膏治疗ASE,可有效缓解瘙痒、疼痛、糜烂症状,使TH1/TH2比值趋于平衡,增强机体免疫能力.

Efficacy of velvetfeeling combined with tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of acute scrotum eczema

Objective To study the efficacy and immune regulation of velvetfeeling combined with tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of acute scrotum eczema. Methods 67 cases of ASE patients were randomly divided into two groups,33 cases in the control group were given anti-histamine therapy,while 34 cases in the study group were treated with velvetfeeling combined with tacrolimus ointment. The effects and THx/TH2 ratios of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that in the control group （91. 18% vs.72. 73% ,P 〈0. 05） ;symptoms and signs score （TSS） of the study group was lower than that in the control group （4. 2± 1.2） vs. （5.8 ± 1.5） ,P 〈0. 05] ;TH1/TH2 ratio of the study group was higher than that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Velvetfeeling combined with tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of ASE, can relieve itching, pain, erosion symptoms, regulate TH1/TH2 ratio of equilibrium, enhance the immune capacity.
