匹多莫德口服液预防及治疗儿童哮喘的疗效及安全性分析

目的探讨匹多莫德口服液预防及治疗儿童哮喘的疗效及安全性。方法选择哮喘患儿80例,按照就诊的顺序分为试验组和对照组。两组患儿均根据全球哮喘防治创议(GINA)制定的治疗方案进行常规治疗。试验组在此基础上加用匹多莫德口服液0.4 g,1次/d口服,连用16周。比较两组患儿治疗16周后的临床疗效及安全性,以及随访治疗1年内哮喘的复发率。结果治疗16周后,试验组的临床总有效率明显高于对照组(92.68%vs.69.23%,P<0.01)。两组治疗期间未发生严重药物不良反应。治疗后进行随访观察1年,试验组复发11例(28.95%),对照组复发15例(55.56%)。试验组的复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论匹多莫德口服液控制儿童哮喘发作的疗效确切,安全性好,并能减少哮喘复发,是治疗及预防儿童哮喘复发的安全、有效的药物。

Curative effect and security of pidotimod oral liquid on the prevention and treatment of childhood with asthma

Objective To discuss the curative effect and security of pidotimod oral liquid on the prevention and treatment of childhood asthma. Methods 80 cases of children with asthma were selected and divided into experimental group and control group, all the patients were given the routine medical treatment in accordance with the therapeutic regimen stipulated by Global Initiative for Asthma（GINA）. Patients in experimental group were added with 0. 4 g pidotimod oral solution once daily for 16 months. The curative effect and security of patients in two groups were compared after 16 weeks＇ treatment,and the recurrence rates of asthma was followed up after 1 year＇s treatment. Results After 16 weeks＇ treatment, the total effective rate of experimental group was much higher than that of control group （92. 68 % vs. 69. 23 % , P 〈 0.01 ）. No serious drug adverse reaction （ADR） appeared in the two groups during the medical treatment period. After one-year follow-up,there were t 1 cases （28. 95% ） and 15 cases （55.56%） of reoccurrence in experimental group and control group, there were significant differences between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Pidotimod oral solution has reliable curative effect on the childhood asthma with high security,it can re- duce the recurrence rate of asthma. Pidotimod oral solution is a safe and effective drug to treat and prevent the recurrence of childhood asthma.
