桃红四物汤联合干扰素对乙型肝炎病毒感染患者肝纤维化的影响

目的探讨桃红四物汤联合干扰素治疗慢性乙型肝炎病毒感染患者肝纤维化的临床意义。方法选取2012年2月至2013年4月在我院接受治疗的慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者112例,按照随机数字表法将所有患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组给予普通干扰素皮下注射,每周3次;治疗组在对照组基础上加服桃红四物汤,连续治疗6个月。结果治疗组的总有效率(94.64%)明显高于对照组(66.07%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者肝功能指标AST、ALT明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后AST、ALT明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论桃红四物汤联合干扰素治疗乙型肝炎病毒感染肝纤维化疗效显著。

Effect of Taohong Siwu decoction combined with interferon on liver fibrosis in patients with hepatitis B virus infection

Objective To explore the clinical significance of Taohong Siwu decoction combined with interferon on liver fibrosis in patients with hepatitis B virus infection. Methods 112 patients treated in our hospital from February 2012 to April 2013 were chose and randomly divided into control group and treatment group based on the random number table. Control group was given ordinary interferon subcutaneously three times a week,while treatment group took extra Taohong Siwu decoction on the basis of control group. Both groups were treated for six months. Results The total efficiency of treatment group（94. 64%） was significantly higher than that of control group（66. 07%）,there was significant difference between the two groups（P ＆lt; 0. 05）. After treatment,AST and ALT of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment（P ＆lt; 0. 05）,and treatment group were significantly lower than control group（P ＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion Taohong Siwu decoction combined with interferon treatment for hepatitis B virus infection fibrosis has a significant clinical effect.
