| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨医院等级评审对重症医学科输血质量的影响。方法 将在我科接受输血治疗的病人按照医院等级评审前后分为对照组及实验组,比较两组病人输血不良事件的发生率。结果 实验组输血不良事件的发生率低于对照组（V2=4.49～6.13,P〈0 0.5）。结论 医院等级评审后,重症医学科采取规范化、科学化的输血治疗规范及流程,减少了输血不良事件的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of hospital grade assessment on the quality of blood transfusion in ICU. Methods Patients who received blood transfusion in ICU were divided into control group and experimental group based on either before or after hospital grade evaluation, a comparison was made in terms of the incidence of blood transfusion-related untoward events. Results The incidence of untoward events in the experimental group was lower than that in the control （X2 =4.49--6.13,P〈0.05）. Conclusion After hospital grade evaluation, a standardized and scientific procedure for blood transfusion is a dopted, the incidence of untoward events related to blood transfusion decreases. |
