匹多莫德对毛细支气管炎患儿血清IL-13水平的影响及对再发喘息的预防作用

目的观察匹多莫德对毛细支气管炎患儿血清IL-13水平的影响及对再发喘息的预防作用。方法将75例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为2组:治疗组40例,对照组35例。对照组予毛细支气管炎常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用匹多莫德治疗2个月。治疗后随访观察6个月,在治疗前及出院前(临床症状消失)检测血清IL-13水平。结果治疗组出院后喘息再次发作次数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组IL-13水平经匹多莫德治疗后较对照组明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论匹多莫德可下调IL-13的产生,从抗炎和提高免疫力的角度达到防治毛细支气管炎后喘息再次发作的作用。

Effects of pidotimod on serum interleukin-13 and the recurrence of wheezing in children with bronchiolitis

Objective To observe the effects of pidotimod on serum interleukin-13 （IL-13）in children with bronchiolitis and the recurrence of wheezing post-bronchiolitis. Methods 75 cases of children with bronchiolitis were randomly divided into treatment group（ n = 40）and control group（ n = 35 ）. All the patients were given traditional therapy, and patients in treatment group was added with pidotimod for two months. The bronchiolitis children had been followed-up for 6 months in order to observe the occurrence of wheezing post-bronchiolitis. The change of IL-13 level in serum before treatment and before discharge （the clinical symptom vanished）were observed. Results The recurrence of wheezing post-bronchiolitis in treatment group was lower than that of control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The level of IL-13 of treatment group was lower than that of control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Pidotimod can decrease the level of serum IL-13 and obviously reduce the recurrences of wheezing after bronchiolitis by anti-infection and improving immunology function.
