| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乌司他丁对老年急性坏死性胰腺炎的临床疗效和不良反应。方法将50例老年急性坏死性胰腺炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组25例。两组均给予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用乌司他丁,比较两组的临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组血清淀粉酶(AMY)水平较对照组显著下降,生命体征恢复至正常范围的时间(腹痛持续时间、胰腺体积恢复时间、血淀粉酶恢复正常时间、尿淀粉酶恢复正常时间以及平均住院时间)较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05),腹痛、发热症状的消失率及患者的治愈率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论乌司他丁治疗老年急性坏死性胰腺炎有较好的疗效,不良反应较少。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the efficacy and adverse reaction of ulinastatin in the treatment of elderly patients with acute necrotizing pancreatitis. Methods 50 elderly patients with acute necrotizing pancreatitiss were divided randomly into treatment group and control group. All the patients received conventional therapy, and treatment group（ n = 25 ）was added with ulinastatin. The efficacy and adverse reaction were analyzed. Results The AMY level of treatment group decreased more significantly than that of control group. The recovery time of vital signs in treatment group was shorter than that of control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The disappearance rate of stomachache and fever were significantly better than those of control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Ulinastatin has good effect in treating acute necrotizing pancreatitis with fewer side effects. |
