卡孕栓与催产素联合或单独使用预防产后出血的临床研究

目的 观察卡孕栓联合催产素或单独使用对产后出血的预防效果.方法 将300例足月妊娠产妇随机分为3组,A组于胎儿娩出后给予催产素肌注,B组给予卡孕栓舌下含服,C组给予卡孕栓舌下含服联合催产素肌注,记录三组产后2 h、24 h出血量及产后出血率.结果 C组产后出血率低于A、B组（P〈0.05）;三组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;C组产后2 h、24 h出血量均少于A、B组（P〈0.05）;C组第三产程时间短于A、B组（P〈0.05）.结论 卡孕栓联合催产素预防产后出血效果优于单独用药,联合用药可有效缩短第三产程,降低产后出血率,改善母婴预后.

Clinical study on carprost joint or separate with oxytocin to prevent postpartum hemorrhage

Objective To observe the effect of carprost joint or separate With oxytocin in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 300 cases of full-term pregnancy women were randomly divided into three groups, group A was given oxytocin intramuscularly, group B was given carprost inserted into the rectum, group C was given carprost inserted into the rectum combined with oxytocin intramuscularly ,postpartum 2 h ,24 h bleeding of three groups were recorded. Results Postpartum hemorrhage of group C was lower than that of group A and group B （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the incidence of adverse reactions of three groups had no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ） ; postpartum 2 h ,24 h bleed- ing volume of group C were less than that in group A and group B （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; third stage of labor of group C was shorter than that in group A and group B （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Condusion Carprost joint oxytocin to prevent postpartum hem- orrhage is better than monotherapy, combination therapy can effectively shorten the third stage of labor, reduce postpar- tum hemorrhage rate, improve maternal and child outcomes.
