前列腺素E_1的工艺优化

摘    要:目的对前列腺素E1提取工艺进行优化。方法以前列腺素E1含量为考察指标,对前列腺素E1提取工艺中孵育温度、提取时间、pH值、通氧纯度4个因素进行优化。结果最佳提取工艺条件为:孵育温度37℃、pH值8、提取时间1 h、通氧纯度为纯氧。结论在此条件下,前列腺素E1提取工艺稳定可行,能有效提高前列腺素E1的含量。

Abstract:Objective To explore the best of prostaglandin E1extraction. Methods With prostaglandin E1content as index,the incubation temperature,pH,extraction time,purity of oxygen were optimized by orthogonal experiment.Results The optimal conditions were as follows: incubation temperature 37 ℃,pH value of 8,extraction time 1 h,pure oxygen purity. Conclusion Under the above conditions,the optimal extraction process of prostaglandin E1was feasible and stable,can effectively improve the content of prostaglandin E1.
